Why we recommend Singles for 11+: our arena runs 10 players at a time. Singles keep waves rotating quickly so everyone stays in the action — Doubles with a big group means long waits for the wave that's out.

Event Planner FAQ
How much does a corporate event cost?
$49/person. Teams of 10 or fewer can upgrade to a Double session ($69/person, two missions back-to-back). For 11+ we recommend Singles in rotating waves so nobody waits long. A typical 10–25 person event runs $500–$1,250 all-in — private arena, hosts, lounge, drinks, and highlight video included. No room fees or minimums.
Which format should we pick for our group size?
10 or fewer: Double session — your whole team plays together the entire time, co-op round plus competitive round. 11–20+: Single sessions in rotating waves of up to 10 — one wave plays while the other enjoys the spectator lounge, then you swap. Everyone gets full playtime and nobody sits out for long.
Can you invoice our company or take a PO?
Yes — we can invoice your company or accept corporate cards. Groups of 6–20 can also book and pay online instantly.
How many can play at once?
Up to 10 players per session. Larger teams rotate smoothly — waiting groups enjoy the spectator lounge with live view, games, and drinks.
Do you host weekday events?
Yes — weekday afternoons are our best availability and the most popular corporate window. Book with days of notice instead of weeks.
Can we bring food or cater?
Absolutely. The private lounge welcomes catering and delivery, and our attached Sugar & Ice Café serves drinks and snacks on-site.
Can we film and share?
Please do — most teams capture reactions, and we provide an edited highlight video for your team channel or LinkedIn.
Parking and accessibility?
Free on-site parking. The arena and lounge are ground-floor accessible. Anyone not playing is welcome to spectate at no charge.
