- Booking details (name, email, phone number, group size, date/time preferences)
- Payment information processed by third parties (e.g., Square or Stripe). We do not store credit card numbers.
- Waivers/consents acknowledging risks and agreeing to our Terms of Service
- Support messages/feedback you send by email, contact forms, or phone
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- IP address, device and browser type, operating system
- Pages visited, time on page, and referring URLs
- Cookie identifiers and analytics data (see Section 7)
2.3 In-Venue Media & Footage
- Video or photos during gameplay for safety, training, and incident review
- Guest video highlights bundles (if requested before starting the experience)
- Promotional use where permitted (see Section 8)
3. How We Use Information
- Manage bookings, confirmations, changes, and cancellations
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- Process payments and issue refunds
- Enhance and secure our website and in-venue operations
- Produce requested video highlight bundles (if available)
- Send service notices and, if you opt in, marketing messages
4. When We Share Information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share data only as needed to deliver services:
- Payment processors (e.g., Square, Stripe) to complete transactions
- Email/SMS providers to send confirmations, reminders, and updates
- Analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand site usage
- Legal compliance to comply with law, enforce our policies, or protect rights, property, or safety
All partners are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
5. Data Retention
- Booking and transaction records: retained for tax/legal compliance (typically up to 7 years)
- Routine support correspondence: up to 24 months
- Safety/training video footage: up to 90 days unless an incident requires longer retention
6. Security
We protect personal information with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including TLS encryption, access controls, and minimal data storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies to remember preferences (e.g., selected date/time) and to measure traffic performance. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may not function properly.
8. Marketing & Opt-In Communications
