Yes, most glasses fit comfortably under our VR headsets. We recommend medium-sized frames for the best fit and comfort.

Players 8 years and older can participate with parental guidance, while ages 10 and up may play independently. Players should be able to move comfortably and follow safety directions during gameplay.

Our system tracks every player’s exact position inside the arena. Visual cues in your headset display teammates and boundaries in real time, so you can move freely and safely throughout the experience.

Most guests don’t experience motion sickness at all. Unlike seated or controller-based VR, NextGen VR is a fully free-roam experience — your real-world movements match what you see in VR, which greatly reduces discomfort.

However, if you’re already prone to motion sickness, there’s still a small chance you may feel mild disorientation during or after play. Our team will be nearby and can assist you at any time if you start feeling uncomfortable.

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in — athletic or casual is best. Closed-toe shoes are required. You’ll be ducking, aiming, and running, so dress for action.

All headsets, straps, and weapons are disinfected between every session using hospital-grade sanitizers. Our arena and lounge areas are also cleaned throughout the day to maintain a safe, high-standard environment.
